"A calm mind repeats. A tense mind reacts."
Mulligan Mentality teaches you to make calm your default swing state

Pressure Off. Performance On.

  • Tension Kills Timing

Practice your pre-shot routine with intention but no self-judgment.

    How it works:

Notice how your tempo and contact feel compared to when you're tense.

Before each swing, say out loud or silently. “Let go of outcome. Take the swing.”

  • One Ball, One Breath

Each shot starts with a deep breath, exhale, then swing.

After each shot, no reaction. Just observe what happened.

Why: Repetition without tension builds automatic consistency.

  • Relaxed focus is the sharpest focus

When the mind is calm, the body performs.

We don’t chase perfection—we create presence. A quiet mind makes room for consistency, confidence, and clear targets. That’s how younswing freely and score low
